Position Summary:

Proven Track Record: Minimum one year of successful sales experience, preferably in roofing, consistently meeting or surpassing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Prospecting: Employ diverse strategies to unearth potential clients, including networking, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts.

Pipeline Management: Efficiently organize and track potential leads and prospects throughout the sales process.

Expo Engagement: Prepare for and actively participate in exhibitions, generating leads, conducting product showcases, and effectively managing data within the sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Cultivation: Develop and nurture client relations through personalized interactions, understanding their unique needs, and aligning our offerings accordingly.

Product Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and articulate their features and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations both in-person and virtually, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.

Deal Closure: Engage with clients to successfully close sales agreements and drive revenue growth.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas set by the company.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics, adapting sales strategies to remain competitive.

CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.

Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed sales reports and records to track progress and provide actionable insights to management.

Collaborative Dynamics: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
